JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
Responsibilities
- Ensure production runs smoothly, effectively and accurately
- Ensure the highest standard of food production and presentation at all times as per standard of performance manual and recipes
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and health and safety
- Other miscellaneous duties
Requirements:
- Specialising in California cuisine
- Willing to relocate and work full-time in Singapore
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Willing to work split shifts
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Fast learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment
