Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve various types of bottled, mixed, fresh and tapped beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
• Make cocktails and mocktails
• Maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Have thorough knowledge of the beverage list and be able to respond to guests’ inquiries
• Display, check inventory and replenish bar fridges and shelves

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of wines and spirits is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to commit long hours, and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Good command of English and ability to take orders in English
