BARTENDERS
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various types of bottled, mixed, fresh and tapped beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
- Make cocktails and mocktails
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Have thorough knowledge of the beverage list and be able to respond to guests’ inquiries
- Display, check inventory and replenish bar fridges and shelves
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of wines and spirits is a must
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to commit long hours, and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Good command of English and ability to take orders in English
